Our Mission
North Florida Rural Health’s mission is to bring premiere health care providers to meet the needs of the citizens of Gadsden County. North Florida Rural Health aims to provide primary care services with the anticipation of expanding service lines to include the following: OB/GYN, pediatrics, cardiology, mental/behavior health, pharmaceutical, dental, internal medicine, infectious disease, and podiatry. Telehealth and the facility’s private transportation services will be utilized as a means to assure the community residents have access to these services. These services will be provided to the underserved and uninsured population regardless of their ability to pay.
